Welcome to the Morpheusjewelry website (the ‘website’). By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions (the ‘terms’). If you do not agree to them you may not use this website and should leave it immediately.

Morpheusjewelry is an online service of morpheusjewelry (‘morpheusjewelry’/‘we’/‘our’/‘us’) provided solely for your personal use for the sale of Jewelry.

To be eligible to purchase items on this website you must:

CURRENCY

Pricing displayed and purchasing currency are in American dollars (usd).

International duties and taxes

We ship our merchandise in ddu (delivery duty unpaid), i.e., product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

CHECKOUT

You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before you checkout. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used.

Next step is to select a shipping method, as well as enter your payment information. When you are ready to place your order, click confirm.

Shipping fees and delivery times

All shipping services used by morpheusjewelry provide a tracking number. Merchandise will be dispatched on business day. Orders placed friday evening, saturday, and sunday will be processed on monday morning. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined unless otherwise requested.

PAYMENT

Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Discover and Union Pay are supported through the checkout.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorisation when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

If a product ordered is not available, the buyer shall be informed by email.


ORDER STATUS

A tracking number is provided for all orders in our shipping confirmation email. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number in the website of designated courier service provider

SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY

We offer Free Shipping Worldwide.

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

For local orders, we use sf express (7 working days), for international orders, we use hong kong post registered air mail (14 - 56 working days), estimated delivery time depends on your location and may not be fully trackable. We also offer express shipping option at a flat rate of USD25.

Products which are “on stock” will be delivered inside HongKong within 7 working days and outside the HongKong within 56 working days.

Taxes are not included for all shipments outside the HongKong. You are responsible for payment of all taxes on receipt of the parcel in accordance with the laws applicable in the destination country.

Delivery is only made after payment is confirmed by 'Morpheusjewelry’ bank.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 10 days without giving reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 10 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by selecting the appropriate option in your account or a letter sent by post). You may use the example model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

Please ensure that the items you are returning are unused and in any original packaging. 


What should I do if my item is damaged?

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.

We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.

You can contact us through your account using the online message centre. Please attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.


How do I report a fault with my product?

Please accept our apologies if you believe there is a fault with your item, we take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously and we will need to investigate the reported fault in more detail.

In order to do this we ask that you contact us through your account using the online message centre. Please provide details of the fault and where possible attach pictures to your message.


How do I arrange a return?

Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange your return.

We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. Upon receipt of these details we will provide you with a unique returns authorisation number and all the necessary information to arrange the return.

Please package the item securely and ensure our returns form is included inside.

You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item.

Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

If you would like to stay updated on our seasonal sales, please sign up to our newsletter. You can subscribe when creating an account, or by entering your email address in the 'sign up to our mailing list' section at the bottom of any Morpheus jewelry page.

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept exchange and refund for goods within 10 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of returns, items must be returned in unworn condition and in original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, earrings are not exchangeable. Please email info@morpheusjewelry.com to start the returning process.

Each item is allowed to be exchanged once. If an item is out of stock, You may exchange for an item of equivalent price. Any additional charges for the exchange items must be paid by the customer. We will not refund the surplus if a customer chose to exchange for an item at a lower price. For reasons of hygiene, Earrings are not exchangeable.

Returns shipping are at the expense of the customer. Once received, we will examine the merchandise for any damages before exchanging new product. (including signs of wear, alteration, packaging…) our company reserve the right to decide if the merchandise is in condition for exchange or refund.

DISCOUNT ITEMS:

We do not accept refunds on discounted/ sale merchandise. All discounted/ sale merchandise can be exchanged for other merchandise of equivalent price or lower only. Any additional charges for the exchange items must be paid by the customer. We will not refund the surplus if a customer chose to exchange for an item at a lower price.
